About the Founder & CEO

Dave Guarino is CEO and Founder of Immortality PR & Communications LLC.

Prior to launching the advisory firm in 2025, Dave spent over 25 years leading all aspects of communications for some of the world’s most influential and recognized brands.

For the past 2+ years, Dave led global communications for Wolters Kluwer – the $5.9b Dutch based technology provider. During his time there, Dave unified the global communications team – knocking down barriers to growth and innovation – and achieved significant levels of success in growing the company's press visibility and social media engagement.

Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Dave spent 21+ years leading all aspects of communications at S&P Global – the world’s leading provider of credit ratings, stock market indices, and investment analytics - and was named the company’s Chief Communications Officer in 2018.

Prior to joining S&P Global in 2001, Dave held various leadership roles at UBS and New York Life Insurance Company.

Dave spends his spare time mentoring, exercising, reading Hemingway, and being a tortured New York sports fan.
